Shane Nelson Brings Home Another Folks Fest Title
Shane Nelson, A High School Junior from Superior, showed off his musical talent this weekend winning his second singer/songwriter contest at the Highway 61 Folks Festival in Mahtowa. Nelson says a band in which he leads, Cresent Moon, earlier this year also won a battle of the bands contest at the DECC in Duluth. Shane competed against over a dozen other singer/songwriters from the region to take top honors at the Folks Fest. |
